Genna Cozzolino, Senior Manager, Digital Channel Strategy, Northwell Health
Genna has spent the past decade working as a digital marketing strategist, social media and content creation expert, and self-proclaimed copyediting enthusiast. For the past six years, she’s led Northwell Health’s brand social media strategy, overseeing success across both organic and paid campaigns. Most notably, Genna also leads social strategy for The Well, which has resulted in record-breaking performance in the paid space and the launch of a TikTok account in 2023 that saw viral success early on. Outside of Northwell, Genna is an active Board Member of SocialMedia.org Health, a community of social media strategists from hospitals and health systems across the nation.
Marissa Damanhoury, Marketing Specialist/Advancement, Bryan Health
As a marketing specialist at Bryan Health, Marissa incorporates her past experience in restaurant marketing and staff development, to connect with internal staff, physicians, volunteers and the community to help improve the health and lives of others. Core service lines include Obstetrics, Volunteers and Customer Care, Bryan Health ezVisit (virtual urgent care), and podcast development and promotion. Her natural curiosity and ability to place herself in the customer’s shoes, lead to innovative communications and solutions that really connect with her target audiences. Specific to podcasts,

Katie Donald, PR Specialist/ Risk Management, Punxsutawney Area Hospital
Katie Donald holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration. She is also credentialed through SHSMD in Public Relations and Communications in Health Care Settings and is a member of PAHCRM and ASHRM associations. Katie has used her extensive expertise in Public Relations, Marketing, and Social Media to make an impact and improve the processes of risk mitigation and management at her organization. As a featured author in the CHART Risk Retention Group quarterly newsletter, Katie demonstrates her passion for Risk Management and its connection with social media to further advance the industry with a pro-active approach to the ever-changing world of risk and social media. Katie has extensive experience in the realm of social media through many different. She has presented at the ASHRM Annual Conference in 2023 on the topic of Social Media & Risk Management. Bill Klaproth, Director of Marketing and Production, DoctorPodcasting
Bill is the Director of Marketing and Production, as well as a Pod Talk Host for DoctorPodcasting by RadioMD. He is a former radio program director/air-talent, having worked at various radio stations, including infamous stations WLS and ‘The LOOP’ WLUP, both in Chicago. Bill is also the podcast host of SHSMD’s Marketing Podcast, “Rapid Insights,” for health care strategy professionals. At Salinas Valley Health, Claudia plays a multifaceted role that blends her expertise in marketing, public relations, and journalism. Her responsibilities include: Marketing Campaign Management: Strategizing and overseeing marketing campaigns and special projects. Lauren Roncevic is the Senior Director of Healthcare Research for Corporate Insight’s Health Plan Monitor, Health System Monitor, Medicare Monitor and Pharmacy Monitor research services. She has conducted extensive research and competitive benchmarking on health care industries, examining digital platforms, technological innovations and user journeys that leading organizations offer customers and prospects. Lauren has been featured in several publications and as an expert speaker at industry conferences, including Bright Spots in Healthcare, Techonomy, SIR and IMEA. She has previous experience in the insurance and asset management industries. Lauren graduated from GWU in 2010 and has been at Corporate Insight since 2011.
Robbie Schneider, SMS, Manager of Social Media, Franciscan Health
Robbie Schneider, SMS, is a health care content marketing leader and social media strategist. She has more than 20 years' experience using traditional and emerging media platforms to connect and engage consumer audiences in the health care space. Robbie leads the social media and blog content strategy for Franciscan Health and serves as a board chair with SocialMedia.org Health. Robbie is passionate about people and their stories, and that includes their mental health. She was named a 2022 finalist for the UK-based Digital Women Career of the Year Award, an international award recognizing women working in the digital space who also serve as caregivers. Robbie, who has written a book on managing stress while caregiving, continues her education in the mental health space, completing trainings in suicide prevention, mental health first aid and the Mental Health Ally program through Psych Hub.
