Linda MacCracken | 2020 SHSMD Leadership Excellence Award Recipient

Linda MacCracken is a business executive, focused on helping companies engage customers to boost effective health engagement. Linda also holds a faculty appointment at Harvard University, teaching marketing strategy course to physicians in the Masters of Health Care Management Program.

Linda works with health firms (payers, providers and specialty firms) to leverage expert capabilities with high impact patients, physicians, payers and partners to drive business performance and deepen customer engagement.

Linda is passionate about the intersection of consumer engagement, innovation adoption and digital integration to improve consumer health experience while boosting health company performance.

Prior to Accenture, she worked in and with academic and community health systems as an advisor, c-suite leader and at Truven Health Analytics (now IBM Watson).

Linda has enjoyed sustained SHSMD membership participation during her career (to date), in her work as a provider, product leader, teacher and consultant, serving on committees, task forces and speaking at SHSMD University and at conferences, as well teaming with New England colleagues to formalize the SHSMD New England chapter.
