Dan Miers, Chief Strategy Officer of SPM Group, Martin Szczuczynski, Senior Manager, Strategic Planning of AdventHealth, and Pat Barry, VP of Data and Analytics of SPM Group discussed topics around what metrics are the most useful to planning and evaluating strategic performance (e.g., planning metrics, implementation metrics, and marketing metrics) and what are some best practices for tracking KPIs. Members then joined breakout groups to discuss further.
