DEVELOPMENT SUGGESTIONS

1. Encourage staff who have ideas for improving or developing processes, products, or services to create business cases and set up systems for them to apply for the needed resources.
2. Discuss the state of the market, consumer needs, and potential solutions on a regular basis with staff, to ensure that they understand where there are unmet needs, internally and externally.
3. Provide learning opportunities in product development, to help staff understand the processes and thinking involved. 
4. Create processes to act on employee suggestions.
