True Enterprise Feedback for the Patient Experience: How to Best Use Patient Feedback with Your Stakeholders

How many times have we been told the all-important question is, “What should we measure?”  But we propose questions we believe to be equally important, “Are we using all of the data we are collecting and are we sharing that data with all stakeholders?”  The audience will explore insights that will assist in preventing the loss of valuable feedback that might not be reaching the proper stakeholders.
