The Power of the First Phone Call
Phone calls are often the first connections a consumer makes with a medical practice. While medical practices measure patient retention and patient satisfaction, until now there has not been a method for measuring and understanding the percentage of potential patients lost as a result of a less-than-positive first encounter. This research dissects the phone encounter into individual elements, and analyze which of those elements are statistically associated with the dependable variable: the likelihood of returning for future care.
