Physician relations continues to undergo a transformation in health care, as hospitals and other health care organizations seek to optimize their position in the market, deliver quality care, and improve customer service and strategic excellence for clinicians and their staff.

Please join us for a one-hour webcast where we will review the highlights of the latest SHSMD Physician Relations Benchmarking Report. This highly anticipated survey, in collaboration with the American Association of Physician Liaisons, provides unique insights into the field from several hundred front-line, managerial, and support participants. The two co-chairs of the SHSMD Physician Relations Task Force charged with creating and interpreting the survey, Alex Ellsworth and James Finnen, will lead the discussion and answer questions from the audience.
