As hospitals look for ways to grow their cancer programs, one of the challenges is to project the needs for staff and facilities. Using data from the National Hospital Oncology Benchmark Study, this presentation will offer key data points for planning the expansion of outpatient infusion and radiation centers. "How many infusion chairs and nurses will we need if we employ or integrate with a medical oncologist?" "How would increased market share for prostate radiation impact our staffing and billed services?"

This session will answer these questions and much more.
